Mr. Whistles, former conductor has tragically passed away by railway accident on his retirement day. The maelstrom has reformed him again, but people cannot tell whch one is Whistle's will and which is the train it self's will.
Mr. Whistles excels in locking down area and defending it. He also also has great gank/team rotation potential with "All Aboard!", which opens special Zipline which all alies can ride on.
Gameplay wise, Mr. Whistles are inspired by Underlord(group TP/Gank, Area lockdown) from Dota2, alongside Stagger mechanics in Sekiro/Armored Core VI.
The Zipline Route of Ultimate is like this. The route is always the same(not changed by allied objective status.)
