[Hero Concept] Morgann - The Steam-Powered Entrepreneur

Lore: The stingy, callous scrooge himself. Morgann secured a vast fortune during the height of the industrial revolution, by placing his stake firmly in steam engine railways. As profits rose, so did his greed. Going so far as to replace his own body with a steampowered one, to remove the cost of buying himself food and drink. Though as time went on, trends changed. The steam locomotive fell out of favor for the electric engine and lead to Morgan's business and self becoming quickly obsolete. Blunder after blunder ensued, and lead to Morgann being down a business and worth a fraction of what he used to be.

Thus today, he seeks out the patron. For the chance to popularize the steam locomotive once again, and regain his lost riches.

Gun(Liquid Capital): Morgann fires a continuous jet of steam from his palm, the longer the jet hits an enemy, the more damage it does

Ability 1(Hostile Asset Reclamation): Morgann unscrews the top of his cane and channels for two seconds. During this time, he inhales all non-ultimate based projectiles and stores them for fifteen seconds. Upon reactivating the ability, 50% of the damage absorbed is fired back in the form of a melded chunk of metal.

Ap 1: The projectile now grows in size by 5% for every 150 damage absorbed
Ap 2: +2 seconds to channel
Ap 5: The projectile explodes into shrapnel upon colliding with a wall or enemy. The shrapnel deals 25% of the projectile's damage



Ability 2(Full Transparency): Morgann fires a much quicker and more focused jet of steam from his knuckles. Dealing spirit damage and temporarily blinding an enemy for 1.5 seconds on a headshot. On a body shot, enemy is made vulnerable to all forms of damage for 2 seconds.

Ap 1: +1 charge
Ap 2: The blast slows by 10%
Ap 5: The blast deals 50% more damage against targets below half hp


Ability 3(Tax Break): Morgann reduces all incoming forms of damage done to him by 25% for five seconds

Ap 1: -10 second cooldown
Ap 2: This effect can now be given to teammates
Ap 5: +25% reduction


Ability 4(End of the Line): Passive: For every one thousand souls earned, obtain five railroad tracks. (Each singular railroad track is one meter in length.)

Active: Place all earned railroad tracks in a straight line perpendicular to you. A train quickly comes rushing in dealing high spirit damage and knocking back every enemy hit. The train crashes either at the end of the railroad, or when colliding with a wall, dealing another great instance of spirit damage.

Ap 1: The train does more damage based on distance traveled
Ap 2: The train now pins the first enemy it hits for a short distance
Ap 5: The train leaves a burning wreck where it crashes. The wreck is 20 meters in diameter and does escalating spirit damage to all enemies caught inside
