Moonborn Hero Concept
Weapon: Moonborn shoots bolts of light from small moons that fly around Moonborn like celestial satellites.
Appearance: An ancient magical creature that has adapted to a human appearance, dressed in a long dress, the edge of which drags behind her on the ground.
History: Patrons are deities known in all worlds who fulfill the wishes of warriors who fight for their reign. The aura of a Patron is felt by every living being who possesses magical abilities.
Sensing the aura, an ancient creature sealed by magicians - Moonborn woke up from a centuries-long sleep. The aura filled him with power and pulled him towards itself. Having climbed to the surface from the cave in which Moonborn was dozing, she did not see those familiar landscapes (dense forests, plains, small villages), but saw the industrial New York of the late 1940s. Moonborn could not remain unnoticed.
Without understanding the situation, the authorities branded her a monster and put out a reward for her capture. Hundreds of monster hunters set out for the place where Moonborn supposedly awakened. She could not withstand the onslaught of hunters even with her divine power and was soon captured.
After conducting a series of studies, the government came to the conclusion that if this deity were subjugated, Moonborn could become an excellent recruit to fight one of the Patrons, which is what they began to do.

Skills:
1) Moonbeam
Moonborn charges one of its satellites with its energy, after which a powerful short-term moonbeam bursts out of it, causing great damage.
Notes:
* similar in mechanics to the Kelvin beam, but deals more damage and is reduced in duration.
* duration from 1 to 2 seconds maximum
* during use movement speed is reduced by 50%
* there is a small delay of 0.8 seconds before use.
* does not pass through objects and characters
* is not targeted, meaning the player will have to aim at the enemy themselves.
2) Evening Haze
Moonborn throws something similar to a capsule, which upon landing sprays a haze over the area, which slows enemies by 30% and deals small damage over time for each second spent in the haze.
Notes:
* while in the haze, Moonborn and her allies are not marked on the map or by the mouse wheel mark
* Moonborn and her allies cannot be targeted for 2 seconds after touching the haze (the effect can only be obtained once)
* depending on the skill level, while in the haze, you can restore a percentage of lost health (only for Moonborn and her allies)
3) Graceful Gait
Monnborn can choose 3 types of movement on the map:
1. Normal gait. Moonborn walks on the ground with her feet at an average speed. She has access to all types of movement on the map (wall jumps, slides, corner jumps, super glide, etc.).
2. Moonwalk. Moonborn hovers low in the air above the ground at a fairly high speed. She does not have access to the following types of movement: slides; wall jumps; jumps from corners, but regular jumps, double jumps and dashes are available. Moonborn also falls from heights at a speed 50% slower than other heroes. During this method of movement, Moonborn can fly over small textures (fences, thresholds, but can't fly over boxes) without hindrance, maintaining speed and not producing obstacle crossing animations.
3. Flight. Moonborn takes off into the air like Vindicta. At the same time, her movement speed is slowed by 80% and any possibility of using movement is disabled (instead of a jump - a slow rise upward, instead of a roll - a slow descent downward), a dash is also impossible, but the rate of fire and ammunition are increased by 20%.
Notes:
* the reload between movement modes can be 5-10 seconds.
* if Moonborn gets stunned in flight mode (anvil, Seven stun), she will automatically switch to moonwalk mode and the skill cooldown will be extended by 10 seconds once.
* moonwalk is the default.
4) Orbital Strike.
Moonborn stops in place, gaining a barrier of 800 health, after which she releases a spirit, which after a while will be hit by an orbital comet, which stuns all enemies in the affected area for 2 seconds and deals huge damage.
Notes:
* will only work normally in open space
* interrupts all possible ultimates (except warden, infernus and other like them).
* pins all hovering targets to the ground.
* if the comet hits the moonborn, it will get an instant cooldown on its first three abilities and a 30-second cooldown on its next ultimate
* if the moonborn dies while using an ability, the orbital comet will not fall, and the ability will go into cooldown
* the spirit that Moonborn releases is controllable and moves at a speed equal to the speed of a pumped-up Calico cat
* the comet will fly to the spirit 3-4 seconds after using the ability.
