Loveland T. Frogman still isn't sure what he was first, a frog or a man, but ten years ago his current life started with a bang! Well, more like a crash, flashing lights and Loveland lying on the side of the highway with no memory of his life up to that point. He successfully got a large settlement from the Ohio state troopers after he sued them for the accident.
After blowing through the cash on petty crimes and get rich schemes Loveland was left with his last bit of money and had the bright idea of trying to do the thing that got him that in the first place and found out that he was actually really good at this laywering thing. Frogman Attorney at Law did very well for itself and all over ohio his big froggy grin was plastering billboards and showing up on TV screens. Things were going well until a case involving a certain snake woman with a drinking problem, which Loveland knew he would not win. He was caught planting evidence and Vyper was thrown in an Ohio jail, with Loveland almost following suit but he used all his favors and wiggled his way out with just community service and his license to practice law being revoked. Destitute again Loveland shoved his life in a bag, hopped in his car and decided the only way back to success was in New York with the ritual and the patron's favor.

1. Tongue Lash
On button press begin charging up Loveland's tongue, it gains distance and damage as it's charged up. On release the tongue will fly foward and upon hitting the first enemy it touches it pulls Loveland behind it. A small splash of spirit AOE damage happens around the enemy it hits. Can be alt casted to target floors/walls instead but does no splash damage.

2. Take That!
A long cooldown ability that has three "states" of charge. For the first state right infront of loveland two file shaped aoes will drop on enemies, this deals high damage but is extremely short ranged. The second state adds another file aoe infront of the first that does less damage but knocks up and slows enemies. The third state adds another file aoe after the second and does the most damage, applies a short stun to enemies but is furthest away from Loveland. This ability also has a passive where upon attacking any enemy small pieces of "evidence" pop out and fall to the ground which Loveland can pick up for increased movespeed and reduced cooldown on Take that!. Evidence can be seen by enemies and allies but not interacted with by them.

3. Mucus Membrane
For every source of damage hitting Loveland he gains a stack of Mucus, which increases his CC resistance and gives him a chance to ignore sources of damage. At five stacks if he gets hard cc'd it consumes all stacks and removes the cc.

4. Habeas Corpus
Loveland swallows any enemy units infront of him and deals damage to them based on his max HP, the duration of Habeas Corpus lasts a shorter period of time the more enemy units he has in his stomach but increases the amount of damage the swallowed enemies take. This ability can be alt casted to consume a single ally hero instead, the ally hero gains HP regen based on Loveland's max HP and Loveland gains movement speed while he has an ally hero swallowed.

Loveland would be a slimey shifty front line support that also knows when to cut his losses and run when it comes to that. Take That! and Tongue Lash would allow him to have big moments of starting fights with a well placed stun and mucus would let him get out of bad spots while also being naturally tanky. Habeas Corpus is a source of both enemy control and friendly hero save, with a scaling aspect based on his max hp.
In terms of character imagine if Saul Goodman and Steve Buscemi's character in fargo had a very nervous and jumpy son that's also a frog. Included is a rough sculpt of what I imagine he'd look like made in blender.
