[Hero Concept] Galaxy -- Moonlighting Fortuneteller

Background: Part-time jazz singer, part-time fortuneteller. Looked too deep into the cosmos, and now the cosmos is looking back into her.

Primary Fire: shoots beams of light out of her finger tips at a relatively quick cadence.

1: Charge ability. Galaxy fires out a crystal ball that lightly bops and deals damage to any enemy in it's path, stopping in midair just before colliding with any surface. Beams fired at the orbs will ricochet between any other orbs in a closed loop, creating a briefly lingering "constellation" that deals damage to enemies. Orbs fade out after a duration.

2: Galaxy can select an orb and teleport to it, consuming the orb and exploding in a outward ring that dissipates as it expands. The ring does a decent amount of spirit damage to enemies. Should Galaxy not have any orb to consume (IE, in laning if you picked this ability first by accident) the explosion centers on Galaxy herself without the teleport.

3: Passive ability. As Galaxy continuously deals damage, crystal ball satellites conjure around her up to a maximum of three. These satellites fire balls of spirits at Galaxy's target when she fires. While active, Galaxy's primary fire will also build-up a DOT on enemies that does minimal damage but siphons a small amount of spirit resist from the enemy.

4: Galaxy focuses on her crystal ball and projects her spirit to attack enemies for a time. The astral projection has all of the same abilities as Galaxy but is also capable of flight and has considerably improved movement speed. Galaxy's main body is vulnerable while she casts the projection, but she will not share any damage taken by the projection even if it "dies".
