There's a old artifact called "the puppeter of kin", a item capable of controling a member of your own family, but who would be capable to do something like that.
It's said that a high member of the Friends of Humanity had a affair with a Ixian woman, at the time this case was veiled and the woman was persecuted and almost killed, barely been able to escape, at the time it wasn't know, but she was pregnant. Years later the child would be back to New York to try to understand better his past, a fate that didn't end well.
Abilities
1 - Dual Explosive Shot
Fire your revolver, dealing low Gun damage.
If the shot hit a surface the projectile will bounce to another direction, in a enemy hit deals Medium spirit damage in a small area.
(If the player is hit with the bouch he will suffer a small pushback [similar to shiv/venator])
When enpowered the shot will have a large radius of explosion and higher damage.
2 - Low Blow
Do a small dash foward and doing a kick.
If cast on the ground deal low melee damage and 0.2 stun.
(If cast on a airborn enemy they will be send to the ground then stuned)
When enpowered does a extra kick, sending the enemy the way you are looking and doing low melee damage.
3 - Blazin Heart
Moving around passively charges up Blazing Heart.
Once full can be casted or used to empower you next ability cast
On cast: Cool yourself down, dealing a small amount of spirit damage aroud and healing for a small scalling spirit amount.
4 - Fading Freedom
Momentary break your restrains and force you prision in your favor.
After 1.2s channel duration refresh Blazing Heart and gain a flat ammount of move speed and dash distance for 5s.
While in realease deals medium spirit damage around you scaling current speed.
(Extra: I kinda mixed a lot of aspects i liked and tried to form something with some cohesion [My main focus initially was the kit, but i think something is still missing]. And i aways thought i would be cool a "Hathorne themed" character, but there's a lot os sadistic/evil characters in the game, so in my head a unwilling or missguided would make sense[i went with the unwilling sodier ideia, but idk])
