This is just a quick hero idea I thought up for fun and haven't thought about too greatly in-depth.
ROUGH STORY OUTLINE
This is a hero that's good at running people down and acts as a relentless control character. The gist of his character is that he is from a farm, probably in Wyoming, due to the whole Wyoming bit, and he is this normal mf that, through meditation and experience, his mind transcended into a Buddhist-like state of enlightenment. The spiritual motifs of the game include other religions like catholicism so I think this would be a good fit. Instead of the wise Zen master archetype that does these deep lectures, I think it would be funny if he were just some random dude that figured out everything by just being a stupid chiller. For motivation for participating in the ritual, his wish to the patrons is just presented as way too esoteric to know, cause its something that cannot be communicated through words.
KIT AND ABILITIES
Primary Fire:
Instead of carrying a weapon, the Farmboy wills the breeze to fire leaf projectiles at his enemies.
Secondary Fire:
(This could be OP, IDK I don't design stuff) a gust of wind withdraws all leaves shot by his primary fire in the last few seconds back towards him dealing reduced damage and pulling enemies caught in them towards the direction the leaves are travelling.
Ability 1. Reap and Sow:
The Farmboy throws a pitchfork that slows the target and marks them with "sow," hitting the marked target will a melee will consume "sow" dealing extra damage and reapplying the slow
(This could upgrade into multiple charges, cool down reduction through melees, or being able to hit multiple targets)
Ability 2. Corn Fed:
While active, this ability disables his primary fire/left click. This replaces it with strikes from his fist and buffed Q Melee attacks (which could do bonus damage to enemies marked with "Sow" or other benefits) (this could maybe give him a short burst of move speed, but that might provide him too much mobility)
Ability 3. Earthly Appreciation:
Upon activation, the Farmboy applies a slow to HIMSELF, he outstretches his arms and bullets/ability projectiles (maybe still being vulnerable to AOE) cannot hit him through luck, the breeze, and falling leaves
RECAST: If he recasts this ability, he shoots a gust of air infront of him that pushes himself in the opposite direction (and possibly pushes the enemy away from it as well)
Ultimate Ability 4. Folk Wisdom/ A Sudden Interest in Nature:
The Farmboy sprouts a field of flowers and wheat infront of him in a cone, standing on the field puts the nature of the universe into the minds of those hit, disorientating them by temporarily randomizing their controls and input (ability buttons, movement controls, aiming directions).
Playstyle:
I think he would act as a disruptor by displacing and disorienting enemies. He would focus on chaining combos through pulling enemies towards him with his right-click, popping "sow" so they can escape, use 3 as a gap closer, and using the slows and disorientations for a beat down with 2. You could also right-click someone into the ultimate or pull them towards you too blow them into your team with the 3 recast.
(NOTE: The ultimate may be a bit finicky, possibly only shuffle the buttons that are already bound or have some way to know what they have been rebound to. I just think it would be funny if you got ulted and had to frantically look at your ability bar to know which button to press to use an escape ability or something)

I can't draw, but you could totally spice up his design with motifs like prayer beads or have his flannel made from repurposed robes. Also there's the classic 1930s farmer of-mice-and-men type look with the piece of hay in his mouth.
