[Hero Concept] Charon, Cab Driver

Preface this with me having already thought about this before checking and realizing someone had posted a cab driver charon like two weeks ago, but wanting to anyway. Here, my scuffed MSpaint.
Charon 1.jpg
Essentially the idea is A somewhat portly psychopomp, not necessarily THE Charon, is now moonlighting as a cab driver in downtown new york between rounds of his true job. Generally carries himself with a well enough mannered but gruff, working man personality, the contrast with Doorman's (who plays a similar roll) polite perfectionism. Oddly casual and down to earth to juxtapose the serious nature of a psychopomp. Can sometimes be spotted driving lost souls at night, to places nobody seems to be able to follow.

ABILITIES
Skill 1 - Burial Call - Short-mid range straight line skill shot, Charon throws a bolt of spectral energy that reduces dash distance and stamina regeneration for a short period of time. Can be alt cast, spending a coin* to remove 1 stamina.
*See skill 3
Skill 2 - Stygian Swipe - Charon manifests a weapon (Scythe if generic, an oar and splash of spectral waters if wanting to reference the namesake more) cleaving an arc in front of him, he then gains a short stack of hp regen for each enemy hit, with more stacks gained from hitting players/less stacks gained from NPCs
Skill 3 - Ferryman's Due - Passive. Charon loses a % of his spirit power to gain % increased healing and resistance. Whenever an [enemy/ally/anyone] dies [within range/globally] Charon will gain a Coin, flipping it in his hand with a loud audio cue. For each Coin currently owned (up to 3? Balance and feel thing) Charon recovers (and then buff) spirit power, gains movement speed, and loses the additional healing and resistance. Deciding when and if you spend your coins can help you lean more towards a tanky brawler or a more offensive chaser, and can play a roll in post battle recovery, or escapes.

Skill 4 - Crossing Fare - Passive: Large concentrations of player deaths leave "Waypoints" on the map, only visible to Charon. Limited in number, oldest decaying when too many new ones appear. Waypoints glow with the presence of enemy players, though do not tell you how many, who, or in what condition they are in.
Active: Charon selects a Waypoint and enters a lengthy channel. The channel can be ended at any point prior to finishing. Once the channel is complete, a spectral cab will whisk Charon away to the Waypoint, dealing damage to enemies in the area and providing a barrier to allies. The longer the ability is channeled, the more damage is dealt, the more barrier is given, and the more passengers (nearby teammates) Charon can bring with him as the channel passes "breakpoints". However each breakpoint requires and consumes a Coin.
As he channels Charon will make contextual callouts of the rough destination, so teammates know if they wish to join the ride; "Last call, Blue Lane!" "Last call, Archmother!" and such.

So depending on your skill usage, his passive can lean towards either a tankier or more offensive statline. His ult can be used either as a quick selfish escape (admittedly to hotspot areas) and preserve a high coin count and the subsequent offence buffs. Or it can be used as a great team initiation tool that as a consequence of spending coins, makes Charon more tanky. He has a degree of map knowledge, however it is unreliable and possibly risky to make use of making judgement and simply luck a factor. His ult is simultaneously more useful than Mirage's, but also riskier and severely limited by where recent Waypoints have happened to spawn, potentially not reaching a teamfight or key objective at all. Bigger potential payoff in exchange for a lack of consistency and reliability, and more communication or understanding needed.
