Ive been thinking about it more!
Had an idea that his passive is linking to an ally, its permanent until the passive is leveled up and whoever hes attached to gets a bonus when they are close together. The changing would have a cooldown too so you cant switch through multiple ppl in one team fight lol. Figured it could be useful early game when its just you and one other person and you can level it up first if you wanna gank other lanes. Who hes attached to will have an icon above them that points towards him and vice versa. Maybe he has a couple of abilities that are buffed when hes close to his partner as well, thought it would be cute if the ability makes you his costar to go with his actor background.
Think he is a dps support, can still hold his own alone but way better when hes with at least one other person. I really do like the idea that he can weaken units too thats interesting. Think I wanna make all of his abilities come from the bow in his left hand while his primary attacks come from the right. Would be fun if he threw rocks from his own body and him reloading is him summoning his pieces back lol.

1: heartpierce - a powerful critical strike of your weapon damage plus a percentage of the weapon damage of allied heroes surrounding you.
upgrades
1: increased fire rate after using ability and on center hit: reduce fire rate by 25% for 3s
2: increased search range and allies who contributed to the damage lifesteal off it
5: on t1 fire rate debuff: 10% missing health as spirit damage per second
2: runebound - passively you are linked to allied heroes that stay in range long enough, granting 1 stamina when the link is established and increasing their stamina regeneration dramatically. activate to pop into the air and deal spirit damage to enemies around you and linked heroes. for a duration after, any damage taken by a linked hero is spread evenly among linked heroes.
upgrades
1: grants movement speed briefly when link is established
2: increased active damage and reduces enemy spirit power
5: enables alt-cast - may choose a linked hero to be your co-star, cleansing negative effects from both heroes. for a duration after, one hero will restore stamina when the other uses stamina or abilities
3: encore - a spectral spotlight shines down on you or a target ally hero. provides bullet evasion to allies in the area. when an allied hero uses an ability inside of the spotlight, its cooldown is reduced and it follows that hero briefly. the spotlight's area and duration are reduced every time this occurs.
upgrades
1: increased cast range
2: spotlight reduces enemy weapon accuracy while inside and deals pure damage to enemies in an outer ring around it
5: abilities that have their cooldown reduced by spotlight gain additional duration and a minor amount of pure damage based on a percentage of the ability damage
4: shattered fate - launch a tracer arrow. when it strikes an enemy a mark visible to its allies is placed on its head, it pierces through the enemy and the arrow becomes wider and slower. enemies in the area of effect take constant spirit damage, and suffer a percentage of the damage the marked enemy takes.

1: increased damage share and damage share scales with spirit
2: dps slows enemy movement up to 55% based on distance from marked enemy
5: increased dps area and +255% tracer arrow speed and distance
