Hero concept: Buck the arms dealer

A man with no scruples, Buck is willing to sell anything to anyone, provided they pay the right price. Able to get his hands almost every weapon known to man, as well as a few unknowns, he makes sure everyone else can have the same access, as long as they provide the cash he wants.

Primary weapon: dual SMG
Damage per bullet: 6.7 + 0.41 per increase
Bullets per sec: 8
Ammo: 30

Vitality: 550 + 33 per increase
HP regen: 2

Sprintspeed: 2 m/s

Ability 1: Flamethrower
Buck pulls out a flamethrower and unleashes a wave of fire in a cone in front of him. Enemies hit will be burned, taking constant damage while in the flames and for a few seconds after
DPS: 60 + 0.35x spirit
Afterburn duration: 2 seconds
Channel duration: 4 seconds
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Upgrade 1: cooldown - 10 seconds
Upgrade 2: channel duration + 4 seconds
Upgrade 3: enemies who remain in the flames will take an extra tick of 100 damage every 2 seconds.

Ability 2: Rocket Jump
Buck fires an RPG downwards at the ground. If it hits an enemy or terrain it will explode, propelling Bricky through the air and damaging enemies. If cast in the air, knockback from the rocket will send Bricky upwards and reset his air dash count.
Damage: 100 + 0.7x spirit
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Upgrade 1: damage + 90
Upgrade 2: landing a direct hit will stun the affected enemy for 1 second
Upgrade 3: cooldown - 10 seconds

Ability 3: Satchel charge
Buck pulls out a bundle of C-4 and plants it in the ground. After a brief delay it arms, and Buck can recast the ability to detonate the mine, knocking enemies away from the center of the explosion.
Damage: 90 + 0.6x spirit
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Upgrade 1: detonating the charge boosts fire rate by 15% for 6 seconds
Upgrade 2: enemies hit by the explosion are slowed by 40% for 2 seconds
Upgrade 3: +90 damage

Ability 4: Heat seeking salvo
Buck pulls out a remote that fires several missiles into the sky. After a few seconds, a missile will follow each enemy hero, dealing damage to them when they connect.
Damage: 60 + 0.25x spirit
Cooldown: 150 seconds
Upgrade 1: while the missiles are seeking an enemy, they are revealed on the minimap
Upgrade 2: -30 seconds cooldown
Upgrade 3: +60 damage
