[Hero Concept] Blacksmith (He can make his own items)

Blacksmith is a tank with his own personal shop as his passive 3rd ability. He can either spent points from upgrading the ability on items like what you'd find in the shop or on items that switch out his other 3 abilities for more powerful abilities. He has 16 unique items he can choose from and spend points on.

1. Hammer

Upgrade 2. -15s cooldown. +50 damage.
Upgrade 3. +20% movement slow. +1 Spirit scaling. Time between charges reduced to 1 second.

2. Oversized Armament

Your gun changes to a massive gatling gun. It has a buildup from 45-135 base dps over 2 seconds. You can't not shoot the gun. Spread like McGuiness. Ammo is infinite.

Your turn speed is reduced. The recoil of the gun pushes you back, 0.4 meters per bullet to start, which increases by 0.2 meters per bullet every 0.5 seconds for the duration.

3. Anvil (Passive)
You can create your own unique items. Press this ability to open your shop.
Items cost a number of points equal to their tier number. Items purchased show up in the Anvil image, but activated abilities take activated ability slots. You gain 1 point when you unlock anvil. You may sell items to get your points back at any time.
Upgrade 1. You gain 1 point.
Upgrade 2. You gain 1 point.
Upgrade 3. You gain 1 point.

4. Hall of Weapons

Create an area with an 8 meter radius around you and gain +50% bullet velocity, +10% firerate, and a spirit damage proc on bullet damage that activates every 0.5 seconds.
Any allies that step in the Hall of Weapons area gain the buffs for 12 seconds.
Damage 20. Scales 0.2 with spirit.

Passive: shooting an NPC gives you +15% firerate for 3 seconds.

Replace your ability 1 with the Molten Splash ability.

Throw molten metal onto the target area. The area deals 40dps and applies a burning status effect for 3 seconds that deals 30dps. Scales 0.5 and 0.25 with spirit.

Upgrade 2. Damage +30dps and +15 DPS.
Upgrade 3. Range +2 meters, duration +2 seconds on liquid and burning status.

Furious Leap

Weapon
+15% weapon damage.
Your next heavy melee can travel up to 20 meters at 16m/s as long as you keep the button held down the whole time.

Rocket Launcher

Fire a rocket.
Velocity 400 m/s.
Explosion radius 5 meters.
When you fire the rocket you slide backwards at 12m/s for 3 seconds.
The explosion deals 100 Spirit damage, scales 1 with spirit, and stuns for 0.8 seconds.
Upgrade 1. Cooldown -12s
Upgrade 2. Stun duration +0.3 seconds.
Upgrade 3. Explosion radius +2 meters.

Tier 3

Vindictive

Weapon
+20% weapon damage.
+10% Bullet resist.
+10% spirit resist.
Activated ability
You gain weapon damage equal to the % of health you're missing and 1/5th of that percentage as bullet lifesteal.

When your health reaches 0 you stay alive for 3 more seconds. If you get a kill this duration is refreshed.

Upgrade 2. Cooldown -15s. Range +3 meters.
Upgrade 3. Duration +0.5s. +40% weapon damage to stunned targets.
 
Necessary info: when you swap out an ability the levels in that ability slot are kept the same.

Also changing the tier 3 upgrade for Anvil to +2 points. So the available end game item combinations are:

1 tier 2, 4 tier 1s (through the tier 3 that gives +4 points for tier 2 and 1 items)
2 tier 2s, 2 tier 1s.
3 tier 2s.

1 tier 3, 2 tier 1s.
1 tier 3, 1 tier 2.

1 tier 4 1 tier 1.
