Design - Medieval Knight

Backstory
The soul of a former king bound within a sword. After his death, his sword was returned to the lake in which he found it. Many centuries later, a fisherman fishes up the sword from the lake. After being passed from hand to hand, it winds up being donated to a New York university's award display cabinet. The soul in the sword now finding peace with the admiration of the students feels a looming presence coming to overtake the school. The sword begins to manifest a suit of armor; breaking free from the case in order to find a way save the school.
Gun/Weapon - Lady of the Lake.
Ammo: 30
Primary Fire, Swing your sword dealing damage to characters in front of you in a 120 degree arc. Primary fire uses 3 ammo. 3 swing combo of right slash, left slash, and down slash with the 3rd hit doing 1.5 damage. Can hit multiple targets. Reloads my running hand across blade filling it with soul power.
Alt Fire, Cut the air and fire an X shaped projectile that speeds up the further it travels. Uses 6 ammo.
Abilities
Ability One - Soul Caliber
Throw your sword in front of you dealing damage as it spins then calling it back to damage enemies in it's path.
Procs with melee and and spirit damage.
Upgrade 1 - Decrease cooldown
Upgrade 2 - Passive, dealing melee damage disarms for 2 seconds. (half effective on light melee)
Upgrade 3 - Press the ability again to jump to the sword.
Ability Two - Fortification
Enter a stance ready to parry. Allows you parry all incoming damage for 0.5 seconds. On successful parry gain 150 health (scalable), refill one stamina. Does not stun melee parries
Upgrade 1 - On successful parry, gain 15% spirit and bullet resist
Upgrade 2 - Becomes a charge move
Upgrade 3 - Return a fraction the damage blocked in a blast in front of you
Ability Three - Soul Shielding
Bring up a shield of soul power in front of you blocking all damage. You are able to move and turn at a reduced move speed.
Upgrade 1 - While active heal slowly
Upgrade 2 - While active increase healing effectiveness
Upgrade 3 - Teammates standing behind you receive healing
Ultimate - King's Charge
Channel ult similar to warden. On completion, refill all cooldowns. Sword grows in size dealing more damage with more range. Gain the ability to jump to enemies and teammates. Passive, when you kill people with this ult gain a stack. Stacks increase the size your sword grows.
Upgrade 1 - Sword does life steal.
Upgrade 2 - Gain scalable resist to spirit and bullets.
Upgrade 3 - Dealing damage increases duration.
