Cipher excels at wreaking havoc in a crowd. What might be deemed a primordial hacker, Cipher makes his mark by entering into the fray, causing confusion, and leaving before anyone can realize they've been duped. He is predominantly a disruptor character with the ability to force impatient or surprised enemies to whiff their abilities and displace themselves. His quieted weapon allows him to effectively farm in the jungle without alerting nearby enemies of his presence.
