This character concept comes as inspiration from one of my personal favorites from another MOBA.

Abilities:
  • Hate Grenade:
    • Throw a ball of concentrated spiritual hatred that explodes in a blast of negative energy. Though Powerful, affected creatures recover some over a short period of time
      • 100 (+1.2 Spirit Scaling) Spirit damage
      • 1 Charge/22 Second Recharge
      • 7 Second Cooldown
      • Radius: 4.5m
      • Enemies hit by the detonation regain 50% of the damage dealt over 5 seconds.
    • Upgrades:
      • 1 Point: +1 Charge
      • 2 Points: +80 Base damage
      • 5 points: +2m Radius, Healback duration increased to 8 seconds
  • Fist of Fury
    • Slam the ground around you in rage, reducing enemy move speed and increasing the damage dealt by your next melee attack and granting it bonus lifesteal.
      • +40 (+0.4 Spirit scaling) Spirit damage to your next melee attack.
      • +60% Melee and Spirit Lifesteal
      • 13 Second Cooldown
      • Duration: 3 Seconds
      • 6.5m Radius
      • 30% movespeed slow
    • Upgrades:
      • 1 point: +2m/s move speed for same duration of the slow
      • 2 Points: Enemies hit by the slow effect also cannot spend stamina for the duration of the effect
      • 5 Points: Increases Melee speed (50%) until the effect is used. When applied to a heavy Melee attack, it cannot be parried.
  • Loathing
    • Passive: When you activate one of your abilities or Items you begin stealing health from nearby enemies.
      • Radius: 5m
      • Duration: 3 Seconds
      • Health Drain: 1% of Max HP/second, deals 30% reduced damage to creeps
    • Upgrades:
      • 1 Point: +1.5m Radius
      • 2 Points: +2 Second duration
      • 5 Points: Health drain now scales with bonus Spirit (+0.02 increased Percentage health stolen per spirit)
  • Ultimate: Penance
    • Target a single enemy to suffer penance for their deeds, dealing Spirit damage over time and preventing them from regaining Health.
      • DPS: 30 (+0.45 DPS per spirit)
      • Debuff Duration: 12 Seconds
      • Cooldown: 100 Seconds
      • Afflicted target has all healing and health regeneration reduced by 100% for the duration.
    • Upgrades:
      • 1 Point: -20 Second Cooldown
      • 2 Points: If the target dies while under the effect, You gain +1.5m/s move speed for 15 seconds, all stamina restored, and permanently deal +15/+22 Light/heavy melee damage
      • 5 Points: If target dies while afflicted, the effect passes to a nearby enemy hero (25m) and is fully refreshed.

Obviously the numbers are mostly just things I tried to base off other heroes currently in game, but I think they are more or less pretty close. I think he would work well as a chasing hero who is hard to escape due to his 2, but if you can stay away his gun isn't very strong and he will have a hard time against you.
