Hector
Creepy mystic dude with a blowgun. Has short effective range and slow fire rate but hits like a truck against isolated targets.
Astral Dart
Hector fires an enchanted dart at the target, slowing them and leaving a visible trail where they move.
x1: Hector gains bonus movespeed while following the trail
x2: -cooldown
x5: Hector gains silhouette vision of the affected enemy through walls
Isolation
Hector projects his will onto isolated enemies, dealing bonus spirit damage to isolated heroes with his punches and darts.
Range upgrades reduce the radius of Isolation instead of increasing it.
x1: -radius
x2: Isolated enemies who take spirit damage from Hector receive attack speed slow
x5: +damage
Refraction
Hector uses his connection to the astral realm to convert a portion of incoming damage to light energy,
refracting it away to hit nearby enemies.
x1: +returned damage radius
x2: +blocked damage radius
x5: +damage block
Astral Projection
Hector projects himself through the astral realm, creating a phantom at the targeted hero which automatically attacks
them with reduced damage. Repeating the cast while the phantom is active allows Hector to trade places with his
projection, arriving immediately at its position.
x1: Target receives attack and move slow when Hector arrives

x5: Global cast range - requires minimap vision of the target
