Heavy GPU Utilization

When logging in recently I've been seeing a crazy high GPU utilization and I don't remember having hardware issues until now.

Just standing in the hideout spikes my 3D utilization in task manager to almost max (SS below).

I've tried adjusting the video settings, and going to the absolute minimum gets the utilization down to about 75% (which I think is still too high)

Forgot to mention I'm running an Nvidia 3080 10GB

Hero select UI is horribly underoptimised, my fans go loud mode when its open.

Like not even in hero select either, just standing in the hideout and it's maxed out
