All other items with a duration are modified by purchasing Duration Extender/Superior Duration, but these are not.
In the first three cases I'm reasonably confident this is a bug, as all other items with a stated duration in their tooltips are modified properly. Health Nova, Healing Rite and Rescue beam specifically have a stated duration like any other, but it doesn't get modified. I'm less confident in the case of Divine Barrier since it doesn't have a duration stated in its tooltip (even though it has a duration), but it just makes sense that it'd have a duration that would be affected by duration modifiers so I dunno.
