If you hover over healing tempo to see what it is upgrading for you, it says that you upgrade your base regen from 8 > 2 (for example) rather than 2 > 8
Steps to replicate: buy healing tempo (if you hover over it in-shop before you have bought it, it will display the correct 2 > 8) And hold down tab, and hover over it in your HUD.
