Healing Tempo Buffs Not Applied to McGinnis Turrets When Healing Nova is Activated

When McGinnis has Healing Tempo and Healing Nova equipped, when Healing Nova is activated the Healing Tempo Buffs are not applied to her turrets. Please see the screenshot below for additional context. You can clearly see in the screenshot below that the buff went to the ally but not to the turret.

Confirmed. The same applies to troopers, which are correctly given the Tempo proc from specter but not from nova, even though nova heals them.
