I had an odd bug in a match where Healing Rite appeared to be ready to use when it was actually on cooldown, watching the replay back it looks fine so it was only in the live match from my perspective where this occurred.
See the above screenshots, I am attempting to cast healing right and the game is correctly telling me that it is on cooldown, but the icon appears ready to use. Cannot reproduce this error in sandbox mode so no idea what triggers it.
