Spectating an ally might NOT show if ally is silenced or if Item is on cooldown

notice that Mo Krill gets Ult by Wraith but as spectator it doesnt show the silence of it. Its also true that sometimes items on cooldown will not correctly show as spec.

(this might be because i spectate as soon mo krill get ulted which spectator didnt update)
