Healing Nova + Healing Tempo interaction not working with npcs

It will heal troopers and mcginnis turrets, but it wont apply Healing Tempo's buff to them. it will apply Healing Tempo's buff to heroes affected by Healing Nova, however.

I'm like 90% sure this is intentional and they want it to be for allies so that way McGinnis doesn't turn into actual Hitler with 3-4 turrets turning into A10 Warthogs. It also does specially say allies or yourself and does not annotate minions or troopers.

okay but her healing beacon ability applies Healing Tempo to turrets and troopers. even if its not ranked up. the interaction is already there, it just doesn't work for Healing Nova.
