Healing booster bonus is applied at different points depending on the ability. For example, Dynamo's Aurora and Kelvin's Frost Grenade & Shelter have the bonus from spirit power applied first, then the 25% bonus from Healing Booster; whereas Viscous' cube and Ivy's tether are only increased by 25% of the base value.
