Headshot Booster and Headhunter No Longer Proc on Carbine Headshots

Since recent patch, Headshot Booster and Headhunter do not proc on Kinetic Carbine headshots. Weakening Headshot and Crippling Headshot both proc as normal.

To test, buy the items and then headshot with carbine.
