Paige has disabled head damage, but that doesn't stop headhunter from giving you bonuses, a bug, or so it's intended.

I doubt its intended for her not to deal headshot damage? That might be the bug instead.

EDIT: Actually since her bullets are piercing it may be intended not to deal headshot damage, although I'm not sure if Headshot based items should function or not, as Spirit Rend does not seem to trigger unlike the other headshot items. Maybe if its intended for her to not deal headshot damage, would be a good idea to disable headshot based items similar to ability charge items for heroes who don't have ability charges.
