As a spirit Haze main, this is something I've seen and that is consistent. Essentially, if you have enough Spirit on Haze, her Smoke Bomb will last longer than the cooldown allows. If the Smoke Bomb effect is broken before the cooldown is over, or if let run out naturally, no issues occur. But if the invisibility is broken through an action (shooting, melee, whatever) while Smoke Bomb is off cooldown, its cooldown immediately resets to full.
