Haze ultimate has inconsistent interaction with items

In haze ult description it says she fires guns at enemies, which should proc all items.
Items which work with haze ult correctly:
-Siphon bullets
-Toxic bullets
-Ricochet
-Silencer
-Soul shredder bullets

Items that dont work:
-Tesla bullets(never proc)
-Mystic shot
-Escalating resilience
-lucky shot
-intensifying magazine

Definitely should be fixed. Either description of the ult or interaction should be fixed. I am now coming back to that thread midgame to remind if item works or not…
