Haze Ulti Doing Extra Damage to Single Target

Haze ulti Bullet Dance does extra damage to a single target.

Tested by first doing ulti to only a single target with no items level 1 in Sandbox mode, starting on target with 0 stacks of Fixation. Ulti will always deal 315 this way. The skill will act normal. However, after you ulti 2 targets the bug activate. Now when you ulti a single target again, after doing ulti to 2 targets, you deal about 540 damage to single target from then on, to single target.

Haze ult doesn't shoot two different targets like it did when this was posted, so probably not. You probably just already had Fixation stacks.
