Haze should get a full rework

I think haze should be completely reworked at this point. I've seen nothing but pros/high ranked players complain about how bad she is and yet at the same time she's so insanely busted in lower ranks that it's just a mandated loss. This means that if she gets buffed to make the high ranked players happy then the lower ranked players are guaranteed to suffer. I just had 4 back to back games of her carrying and I understand I'm malding but what do I do. If the top half of the players are unhappy cause she's weak and the bottom half of the players are unhappy cause she's too strong, then it seems like she needs to be reworked.

Lots of damage, lots of mobility, invisibility, if you don't buy the right items to fight her it's almost impossible to beat her and in low-rank games people hardly buy items to fight a specific hero.

And she's not weak in high elo, it's just that it's easy to counter her with the right items, since her damage is almost all ballistic.

It's not true anymore. You have to go all the way down to Alchemist in order for Haze to have a winrate slightly above 50. Calling that "dominating" is quite the stretch. She needs buffs, if anything.

haze has lots of mobility? she has zero movement abilities.... she is one of the worst heroes in the game at high elo...
