Haze leg texture bug

Hello,

I have tried every graphic setting and this doesn't seem to go away for me. Not sure what causes this i can provide my computers specs if they have anything to do with it.

Pc specs:

Rtx 2080 super running the latest 560.81 game ready driver

amd ryzen 7 7800x3d

windows 11

32gb ddr5 at 6400mt/s

it's not a bug, the model just looks like that. All the character art is placeholder and most of them are just low res zbrush exports with very rudimentary textures applied to them.
