Haze is so overpowered its funny

I just had an amazing game, unfortunately i didnt hit up a penta-kill; But it was definitely close.

I feel like haze can be incredibly overpowered late game; It wasn't like this before the 3 lane change, it was actually way more difficult to farm and to gather up souls. Now if your jungler goes unpunished, you simply easily win the game. All you do is do farming simulator.

Haze is OP vs people who have no clue. Current title of OP goes to calico.
I also main Calico, and I have to say that Calico can be very OP if the player has any idea what they're doing, and you dont have to be THAT skilled to do good with Calico. So yep, totally.

having 69k (nice) fighting enemy team with 47k souls max, I would say this footage somehow proofs haze being underpowered
I see your point and i agree with you, should've been an easier fight.

Haze is so underpowered that it is not even funny. 1 good game doesn't mean that the hero is good. Enemy buys metal skin and you are useless. She also doesn't have any aoe damage to farm. Seven is WAY stronger, since you can mow down the jungle using his skills and then just massacre enemies.
I've had 7 wins with Haze last night, but of-course this being a team based game doesnt attribute it all to me - - I totally agree regarding AOE Damage however. But i believe that, personally, as haze i dont really feel like you need it, you have the speed and the invisibility to appear anywhere in the jungle and finish stragglers to disrupt farming. And the fire rate to clear our camps relatively quickly. It's the type of charcater that does good in enclosed spaces and small engagements, can easily fall if enemy team catches or it goes into a slight 2-3v1

Also, regarding metal damage : If you use haze and develop your spirit items a bit, easy kill and turn-a-round. I feel like thats part of the core.
 
Thing with calico is, she literally does EVERYTHING.
And by everything i mean, there are things in MOBA strategy that involves more than just K-D-A score.
How much a character can push objectives,
How much a character can just simply waste enemy teams time,
How mobile is the character to control strategic presence,
etc.

I could go on and on and on, there are chars that are strong in some aspect and weaker in other. Calico ? She can tear you a new hole in 1v1 like haze, she can traverse the map nearly as fast as Ivy but at lower cooldown, her ult is borderline viscous time wasting nonsense, and you simply CANT ignore calico, you HAVE TO "waste time" on her.

Her ability to turn into a cat right from the ult is also nonsense.

Essentially, her kit is exactly the same as Talon from LoL. Who does all those exact same things. Even has a heal built into his dash ability (although conditional and no where near as strong as calicos but he can literally instagib people).

I dont think any other character, wrath, haze, vyper, can both shred towers the way she can, with her sustain for fights, and her escape capabilities if the enemy team doesnt bother to counter her (not hard to do but people dont like to buy counter items).

People dont like counter items fr, i agree with that. Also - Same with your point w the gun DPS and damage. Its crazy it can be better than Haze..Lol
 
I don't know if it's just all to do with the hero being OP and team not knowing how to counter. A good Haze player knows how to use the full toolkit and buy items that fill in gaps.

I think she feels more oppressive than other heroes because when she snowballs she just melts people.

its more than that. Its the fact she has cc that stops everything essentially and cant be cleansed. Then if she is snowballing, she is going to kill you either before that ends, or, in her ult before you can get out.

On top of this, she gets free ammo and spirit duration for her ult and can build for her ult to last 5 times longer than any of the "counter items"

If haze is not stupidly ahead, 3 seconds of metal skin is enough to kill her during the ult. Just press the button and charge head on onto her.

Haze is only a problem when she is overfeed, but guess what? EVERY CHARACTER IS A PROBLEM IF THEY ARE OVERFED.

It's not about how good the hero is when they are ahead, it's about how easy is to get ahead in the first place, or how useful you are when you are the one losing(dynamo ult on 3-6 heroes will be good even if dynamo is 20k lower, haze ult on 3-6 heroes is useless if haze 20k lower).

Basically to judge a hero you need to see them at their lowest, not their highest.

I agree with you, haze is really not as crazy as the other characters; I feel like she's quite difficult to play, but once you get the hang of it - she can be a very powerful piece of work.

Of course. Im simply pointing out that its not just simply her damage that makes people cry OP.
