Haze gun not fully reloading

On match 39035773 - started partway through the game, maybe 15-20 minutes in? and lasted through the end (so to view bug start from end of match and move upward). Tried selling my +ammo items, trying active reload, buying extra +ammo items, none of them fixed it. The amount varied too - after changing up items or gaining a soul tier the max would shift. Not even the percentage was constant however - I remember with a max of 70 I think it was reloading only to 57, with 110 59, things like that. Firing a few shots wouldn't fix, rejoining wouldn't fix, rebooting game wouldn't fix. If you tried to reload at the soft bug cap, sometimes it would appear to fully reload for a half second only to instantly autocorrect back down to the bugged cap, other times the reload would progress like 15 degrees on the circle and then stop. Extremely frustrating!

I'm getting the same thing (see match 39048381), I think it's the extra ammo from spirit power that is bugged here as max ammo pickup from jar increased the lower amount it was resetting to.

See attached video of an example from that match:

1. First reload is ok, get the 54 ammo
2. Second reload via Quicksilver reload sets it to the default 25
3. Third gets 25
4. Fourth gets 25
5. Fifth gets 25
6. Sixth reload (via Quicksilver reload) gets 25
7. I pick up a +5% max ammo
8. Seventh reload gets 28
