Haze Fixation stacks do not work when Split Shot is active

whenever you use the active component of Split Shot the weapon damage you get per stack of Haze Fixation doesn't work for the 5 seconds its activated. Hitting multiple targets with the split shot doesn't seem to cause any differences; using the active in general just causes Fixation Stacks to do nothing until the active is finished
