While I'm unable to reproduce the texture issues reported with the GTX 770/760/740/660, GT 710 and etc (Kepler architecture) on my GTX 750 (Maxwell architecture), even using older drivers from 2017, I suspect the game's render API might rely on specific extensions for Environment Texture Sets shader that are only implemented in Maxwell and later architectures. This could be the reason for the rendering problems encountered by Kepler users.
