Have Bebop Hook a Windup Time

For how far, fast, and game swinging Bebop's hook goes, it wouldn't hurt for a half a second wind-up time and animation like Thresh's hook from League of Legends.

I hate to tell you this buddy but Bebop's hook is more like Pudge's hook: Completely reactable if you're further than 10m away from him.

They already decreased the speed of it in some patch, as Bebop main i must say that this will kill the hero

bebop hook has way more range and is much faster, it's not like pudges hook.
