Hardware banned

I got hardware banned this morning, but I have been on my best behavior for months now. Typing things into the chat when emotions are high is unforgivable and I deeply regret anything I said, but I have reflected on my actions and have been trying my best in my matches. I have invested hundreds of hours into this game and I have loved it. I hope you can find it in your heart to unban me so I can further enjoy the game this holiday season.

Got hardware banned today after a normal game.
No toxicty besides me saying "I'm rtaded" when I died alot that game out of position.
Not sure what's going on.
