Guys where is my rank up?

How many more wins do I need to get in a row? The win after the loss put me in ascendant, and I've LITERALLY won 8 games in a row since then and still not ranked up to ascendant 2.

I made a post about this in bug reports. I hope it doesn't get written off by the devs, but yeah. Your account is just hardstuck until they make changes to the matchmaking system.
If you care about rank, make a new account. Otherwise, just enjoy the game and play casually.
