Too bad you can't buy Disarming Hex, Curse, Plated Armor, Bullet Res or anything else to ever stop a gun user. Just delete the entire weapon category imo. But in all seriousness it is strong.

Oh boy, 4 seconds where he can't deal 1k+ damage in 3 shots to me with his gun! He's cooked now, if only he had some kind of stalling tool... Or 2, even!

Clearly you haven't noticed the quality of matchmaking recently. Also there's nothing in doorman's kit that promotes this gun playstyle it's a direct result of overtuning.

So it's a matchmaking issue and not Gunman issue? It's not Doormans fault no one buys counters. If people rather lose than buy counter items that's on them. All you can do is tell your team to buy Disarming Hex/Curse. And if the Doorman is full gun he has 0 survivability and will die if focused during a Disarm Hex. You can't nerf something on the account of every player is being bad. That is not good balancing.
