Grey Talon ults behind cover to knock Seven out of his ult. When the Owl is flying towards Seven, Talon starts taking damage. It looks like the Owl has its life linked to Grey Talon and has a hitbox which seems unintended.
Just happened to me too in a ranked game. Happens at about 25:30 w match 23492884. Was in base tanking a Pocket ult and when I ult to stop Seven's ult I die.
