The discussion on @Frostywild 's item, Substantiation, made me think that while completely breaking through a parry isn't a good idea, something that gives a melee user at least some way to work through parries without relying too heavily on Debuff Reducer didn't seem like an awful idea. Here's a concept for an "Anti-parry" item that still rewards parrying, but gives players going for a melee build something really juicy to build into. It gives both melee resist and Debuff resist, so it reduces how long they are stunned for after getting parried and it counters rebuttal reducing the Parry CD (as well as making it MUCH harder for people without Rebuttal to parry them)
Basically, melee users don't get a free ride even with this item, but if they are getting parried often this would be an immediate pick.
