Ground Strike's new ability to turn in the air does not correctly follow the hero's orientation

Obligatory acknowledgment that the patch notes say "Ground Slam" instead of either "Ground Strike" (first ability) or "Death Slam" (ult), so if this is some change to the ult that I'm failing to notice, I apologize.

The new turning on Ground Strike only follows your camera turning during the descent inconsistently. If you turn too quickly, the ability (and your hero) seem to rotate at an unmentioned capped turnrate, and after landing, your hero will stay facing a different direction than your camera for about 2 or 3 seconds before finally adjusting. Perhaps this is intended behavior, but it seems pretty unintuitive to be able to rapidly spin your camera, thinking you're changing the orientation you're facing, only to find out your hero (and the ability) is 90 degrees behind how you rotated your camera.
