Griefer causing game lock out in match

Griefing starts at 9:50 although all you see is pocket and holiday freezing and going to hide with minimal cursor movement.

Background: I ran into this issue while on the official discord. Join party codes are usually posted in the chat of a particular voice room so that others can easily join. I posted my join code so I could play with someone else. It was just the two of us in a party/lobby when a match started

Bug: A player was rapidly joining and then exiting the party while a match was happening. It made a pop up that froze gameplay on my and my party mate's screen. We were unable to take actions due to constant popups about the matchmaking canceled due a party member leaving. this happened twice during the match the first instance was at 9:50 and lasted approximately 5mins. We were unable to figure out how to fix the issue mid-match

I was able to see the player's steam name while they were joining and leaving.

Fixes: close party entrance on entering a game. Allow players to leave a party once a match has started. hardware bans. Profit?
