Bonus damage is still applied, but the +30 exclusive SP is not added to scaling modifier in the tooltip display.
This seems to be a general issue of ability modifiers outside of core character stats as Bebop's bomb has the same issue where the total damage displayed on the tooltip doesn't take the percentage into account - The total damage after the bonus gained should be 210, not 120 (although this one specifically could be intentional? Not sure but worth mentioning anyway).
