Grey Talon stacks not increasing properly

As you can see in the clip above, Grey Talon's ult stacks did not go up by +8 for a bird kill.

That's because it's not the bird damage that killed them, the same thing happens when tankbuster gets a killing blow, which actually can't happen now because tankbuster is current HP%, but it did use to happen.

Talon bird doesn't require a killing blow, it requires the hit targets to die within a max of 3 seconds of being hit.

Vindicta is the only hero with an on kill mechanic that requires the killing blow.

Also tankbuster has a base damage inherited from mystic burst so it can still steal the killing blow on Vindicta
