Grey Talon Bonus Spirit Value Not Reflected In Ability Tooltips Or Character Stats

I've noticed that the spirit bonus from Grey Talon's ultimate is not reflected in the UI in several places.

1. The character stat page
2. The damage tooltips that show the spirit scaling when holding alt when viewing an ability.

This bug report seems possibly related, but I thought this might be a slightly different scenario because Grey Talon's spirit bonus is permanent while the item bonuses mentioned are not.

The temporary Spirit Power bonuses from items do NOT update the Abilities tooltips on ANY of the items. The buff is applied and Spirit Power is effectively increased, shown in the stats UI, however character abilities tooltips do NOT get scaled up for the duration of the buff. Here is a list of such items:

Spiritual Overflow
Enchanter's Barrier
Superior Stamina
Infuser
Diviner's Kevlar

Please, look into the issue and issue a fix for these items.
