The Grey Talon Spirit Power gain and the Mo & Krill Health gain for enemies dying within 4 and 3 seconds of their ults, respectively, get reduced time to secure the stats from the enemies Debuff Resist stat.
This feels like a bug, considering that Bebop gains permanent stacks still for Sticky bomb in the same way, and that Ability Duration stat does not extend these periods of time making it more punishing.
