Great update thanks all but still the suttering issue after 30 minutes since the patch of november 11

Hello,
Since november patch my game sutters a lot after 30 minutes. It seems the CPU and the GPU are not used anymore.
Restarting the game solves the issue.

Who else has still this issue?

Same. Fps drops from 240 to like 60 in a late-game team fights
