Gray Talon stuck as bird after death

Had a game where I was playing as GT and as I was dying, I casted ult, died about a half second later. Then when i spawned, i was stuck as my ult but couldn't control it. It was just stuck there and I couldn't control my character in spawn until the timer on the ult ran out
