Gray Talon - Reload continues while using abilities

I'm not sure if this is intentional so apologies if it is but if you reload on Gray Talon and spam abilities the reload appears to not only not get interrupted but kinda continue while he is following through or backswinging from using his abilities

it's most likely intentional and happens with all heroes.
