Graves T3 Grasping hands triggering lightning scroll, but only on first cast.

Graves T3 Grasping hands that summons 2 ghouls triggers lightning scroll, which may in itself be a bug but it also it only triggers on the very first time you hit an opponent with the ghouls from it and never again. Also additional in the video, Graves' lich hand does not perform the cosmetic snap of the Grasping Hands root triggering if she hasn't shot since the last cast.
